primarily in the areas of Sales, Purchasing, Marketing and Business
Development.
Joe has over 25 years of aviation experience in a variety of
sectors and areas of the aviation industry including business, commercial,
and general aviation. He has a private pilot's license and several other
certifications & credentials. His hands-on approach towards business and
leadership has brought him recognition from the industry including awards
and accolades from several trade associations.
Joe holds degrees from
Florida state colleges Broward College in Fort Lauderdale and Florida
Atlantic University in Boca Raton.

Aprile Blair is the Marketing Manager for Southeast Aerospace. She is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day Sales and Marketing activities. Her daily tasks vary greatly and can range from helping plan trade show exhibits to assisting in maintaining and developing customer relationships.
Aprile has been with Southeast Aerospace since 2002. She started her tenure in the receptionist position and was quickly promoted to Sales Assistant and then Sales Associate. A few years later she was promoted to Sales Supervisor, followed by advancement to Sales Manager. In 2016 she started taking on tasks to assist in the Marketing Department and realized how much she enjoyed the challenge and creativity of working in the world of Marketing. She continued contributing to the Marketing Department while learning as much as she could about Marketing, and Marketing in Aviation specifically. In 2017 she was promoted to Sales & Marketing Manager.

Bill Flynn is the Purchasing Manager for Southeast Aerospace. He is
responsible for overseeing the day to day purchasing of equipment needed to
supply customer orders and re-stock inventory, as well as identifying
potential new vendors.
Bill has been with Southeast Aerospace since 2004. He started his tenure in
the shipping department, where he gained valuable hands on experience with
avionics, some of which Southeast Aerospace still supports today. He is also
currently in charge of the SEA Consignment Program, which has been a great
success for multiple customers over the last several years. In addition,
Bill maintains the Southeast Aerospace eBay store.

Darrel's role at Southeast Aerospace is Business Development for Component
Sales, which includes contacting potential customers, developing
relationships with new customers, and assisting our clients with projects
and requirements.
He presently has over 25 years' experience within the aviation industry. He
began his aviation career working for Field Aviation in the main
distribution warehouse as an order picker. Since that time, Darrel has
worked more in the Avionics field for companies such as Van Isle Avionics,
Vector Aerospace, and Heli-One, specializing in the rotorcraft market. He
received a Business Management degree from Southern Alberta Institute of
Technology located in Calgary Alberta Canada.
Mike Sutphin is the MRO Manager for Southeast Aerospace. He is responsible
for planning, directing and coordinating activities within the Avionics
Shop, Instrument Shop and Aircraft Service Department.
Mike has over 35 years of aviation experience in multiple sectors and areas
of the aviation industry including business, commercial, and general
aviation. He has received a variety of certifications and awards including
the FAA Certificate of training "Gold Award" and the NBAA Aviation
Maintenance Technician Safety Award.
Mike is currently an FAA Certified Repairman at Southeast Aerospace and has
held a Repairman Certificate for over 25 years with several Repair Stations
throughout his career as an Avionics Technician including Banyan Air
Service, Atlantic Aero, and Prestige Jet.

Adam Becker is the Avionics Shop Manager for Southeast Aerospace. He is
responsible for planning, directing and coordinating activities within the
Avionics Shop
Adam has over 15 years of combined aviation experience in avionics systems.
Adam began his aviation career as "I" level avionics technician with the
United States Marine Corps in 1998. After leaving the military in 2003, he
transitioned to general aviation as an avionics technician with Southeast
Aerospace
Adam is currently an FAA Certified Repairman at Southeast Aerospace.
Mike Doherty is the Instrument Shop Manager for Southeast Aerospace. He is
responsible for planning, directing and coordinating activities within the
Instrument Shop.
Mike is currently an FAA Certified Repairman at Southeast Aerospace and has
held a Repairman Certificate for over 8 years. He has over 15 years of
experience in Instruments and Avionics. Mike initially gained experience and
training in maintenance while serving in the United States Army. After
completing his degree in 2001, he has worked for Professional Aviation
Accessories before working for Southeast Aerospace starting in 2004.
Mike holds a degree in Electrical Engineering Technologies from Eastern
Florida State College.
Nathan Hernandez is a Program Manager for the Southeast Aerospace Aircraft Program Management Office (PMO).
Nathan got his start in aviation as an "I" Level tech in the United States
Marine Corp. He has modified everything from a Pitts to a Boeing BBJ as well
as a variety of helicopters. Nathan has been overseeing Part 145 repair
stations for the last 7 years and is now primarily focused on aircraft
modification sales for SEA. Nathan's focus specializes in relating what a
customer wants compared to what an aircraft needs. His diverse and extensive
modification background allows him to inform the customer of the operation
of the systems and how they will work with the existing aircraft system.

Frank Correro is a Senior Program Manager for Southeast Aerospace. He
manages various programs for military, civilian and law enforcement
customers.
Frank began his aviation career as an avionics technician in the United
States Air Force. After 10 years of active duty service he transitioned to
the California Air National Guard as a full time Department of Defense
technician. Since his military retirement in 2000 he has held positions as
an avionics manager, engineer, and most recently as a program manager at SEA
for the avionics and mission equipment modification of 30 Bell-407GX
helicopters. He has experience in the civilian, business, commercial and
military sectors of aviation, and is an FAA licensed airframe mechanic and
pilot.
Luke Gomoll is an Aircraft Modification Sales Representative for Southeast Aerospace. He is responsible for building customer relationships, technical quoting of aircraft modifications, and ultimately bringing the aircraft into SEA for retrofit. Luke also provides technical support for various SEA products and services.
Luke has a passion for aviation and electronics! He started his career as an avionics bench technician and has also worked as lead technician, airline mechanic, avionics manager, and avionics technical sales manager at several reputable aircraft modification companies.
Luke received a Bachelors Degree from Lewis University focusing on aviation maintenance management. He also holds FAA Airframe and Powerplant licenses.
